Site work and new construction of a medical facility in Aurora, Ontario. Design plans call for the construction of a 15,000-square-foot, one-story above grade medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
Construction of a Paramedic Response Station, 9,200-15,000 sq ft. The new paramedic response station will have a 4-6 bay-wide single depth ambulance vehicle garage, a workspace, a lounge, a kitchen, a multi-purpose space, washrooms, locker rooms, utility areas, and site parking for regional staff vehicles. TIMELINE: An RFP for design has been awrded. Design is underway. Updates may be available late spring 2026.
