Amendment 02: The purpose of this amendment is to update the statement of work to address quesitons from RFI 001. See attachment "20250904 SOW EEPZ245434 RENOVATE SAPR SPACE B730". All other terms and conditions remain the same. NOTICE: Please see attachment "B730 RFI 001_CE Response" for RFI 001 questions & answers. The Contractor must provide all plant, labor, equipment, transportation, and tools required to complete a renovation of the existing 14 CS space in Building 730 to accommodate colocation of Sexual Assault, Prevention, and Response (SAPR) and Integrated Prevention Workforce (IPW) offices. Renovation includes minor HVAC, fire protection and sprinkler work, interior finishes, replacing lighting fixtures, constructing a shared conference room, and building a storage room for IPW. All work must be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), Concept Design Drawings, and all applicable Air Force requirements, codes, and references. Location: Columbus Air Force Base, 495 Harpe Blvd, Columbus, MS 39705, United States. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
