This solicitation is to establish a Service Contract to provide Janitorial Services as specified for the Louisiana Department of Health - Acadiana Area Human Services District - Opelousas Behavioral Health for an initial 1-year period beginning July 1, 2025 or date of award, whichever is later, and ending June 30, 2026. At the option of the State of Louisiana and acceptance by the Contractor, this contract may be renewed for two additional 12-month periods at the same prices, terms and conditions. Total contract time not to exceed 36 months. Method of Award:It is the intent of the State to award this contract on an individual basis to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder(s) meeting the specifications. The State further reserves the right to reject individual line items from the award.
