This project consists of targeted surface repairs, including patching of large potholes and restoration of deteriorated wheel paths on identified streets. Required Contractor's License(s): A California Class A contractor's license is required to bid this contract. Joint ventures must secure a joint venture license prior to the award of this Contract. Required Contractor and Subcontractor Registration: City shall accept Bids only from Bidders that (along with all Subcontractors listed in Subcontractors List) are currently registered with the Department of Industrial Relations ("DIR") and qualified to perform public work pursuant to Labor Code Section 1725.5. Prevailing Wage Laws: The successful Bidder must comply with all prevailing wage laws applicable to the Project and related requirements contained in the Contract Documents.
