Abbreviated Written Summary: Briefly and without force and effect upon the contract documents, the work of the Contract can be summarized as follows: THE PROJECT consists of but is not limited to the following: repairing/patching holes, crack filling, sealcoating, and striping all bituminous walkways, parking lots, and sport courts at Linden Fields, Squamscott View Apartments, Auburn Street, and Portsmouth Ave. PROPOSALS must be accompanied by a satisfactory BID GUARANTEE (if the bid is greater than $100,000) for 5% of the proposal (or other security as indicated).
