Description: Project Scope: This project consists of the removal/replacement of the windows in McElroy G-Hall. Abatement of Hazardous material at existing windows (under separate contract) to occur in conjunction with this window replacement schedule. Abatement and Construction to commence on May 13, 2026 and be substantially complete on July 24, 2026. This lot is adjacent to McElroy Hall. Parties that download the Drawings and specifications and need to have them printed elsewhere, are solely responsible for those printing costs.
