Scope of Work The work to be performed and provided under this Contract shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, safety equipment, permitting, erosion and sedimentation control measures, taxes, profit, overhead, and other costs and effort required to complete the following: Construction of a new roadway tie-in of Dunbar Court to GA-49. The time allotted for substantial completion of the work is 210 consecutive calendar days from the Notice to Proceed, and the time allotted for final completion of work is 240 consecutive calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. The contractor will be required to coordinate all work with the City of Byron, the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT), and other utility owners who have facilities within the project area.
