Renovation of a municipal facility in Brentwood, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This project consists of door replacement, door hardware replacement, door glazing and sidelight glazing replacement throughout CK Post Treatment Center's Building 1 at 998 Crooked Hill Rd West Brentwood, New York. Building 1 is fully occupied during construction. Contractor to coordinate all work with facility to ensure occupant safety and allow access to the building during construction. Suggested phasing and contractor staging area is indicated on drawing G-100. Contractor to confirm staging and phasing with facility. Working hours are 8AM to 4PM. No work to be started that cannot be completed in a day. Any work on a door that is alarmed must be coordinated with OMH's security vendor. Recertification of rated doors and frames is required as part of this project.
