The Rural Municipality of Excelsior No. 166 is inviting sealed tenders for the supply and stockpiling of 25,000 cubic yards of Type 104 - 7/8" crushed road gravel to be used for municipal road maintenance during the 2026 season. Material: Type 104 - 7/8" crushed road gravel. Quantity: 25,000 cubic yards. Availability: Gravel must be fully stockpiled and available no later than April 1, 2026. All tenders must include: 1. A Letter of Good Standing with the Workers' Compensation Board (WCB). 2. A copy of liability insurance coverage with a minimum of $2,000,000. 3. A completed and signed tender form with pricing and availability details. 4. Two references from recent clients for similar work completed within the past five years. Late Tenders: Late submissions will not be considered. Tenders will be reviewed at the August Council Meeting. The RM reserves the right to reject any or all tenders, and the lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.
