Austin Commercial is inviting you to bid on The UT McCombs Undergraduate School of Business. The project will consist of the demolition of the existing parking garage and new construction that will be approximately 390,000 SF of Classrooms, Office and Meeting Spaces on 17 above grade levels. There will be 2 levels of underground parking/mechanical space as well as mechanical penthouse at the roof level. Requesting Bids for the following: Masonry, Interior Glass, Framing, Sheathing, Millwork, Roofing, Insulation, Doors Frames and Hardware, Specialties, Paint, Wall Coverings, Flooring, Graphics, Equipment, Low Voltage, Hardscape, Landscape, and Final Clean.
