Lone Star Landing Improvements at FM 2854 and Johnson Road (Rebid) STORM SEWER STAKING o Stake 85 LF of RC Pipe (CL III) 12" o Stake 235 LF of the Swale o Stakes will have pink flagging PAVING STAKING o Paving will be staked on an offset line parallel to the back of curb, the offset stake will have a distance to back of curb and a cut/fill to top of curb. Stakes will be at even 50 feet stations, horizontal PC's & PT's and vertical VPI's. Vertical curves will be staked at 10' intervals. o All streets will be staked on both sides. o Curb returns will be staked with offset and cut/fill to top of curb. o Radius points (at curb returns) will be staked, marked with the back of curb radius distance. o Stakes will have white flagging. TRAFFIC SIGNAL INSTALLATION o Stake Ground Boxes o Stake Proposed Pole o Stake a TBM onsite o Stakes will have pink flagging AS-BUILT o As-built finished lot grading within the lots. o Obtain spot elevations at design elevations show on the plans. o Provide the engineer with a final surface. Bidders desiring further information or further interpretation of any part of the Contract Documents are hereby obligated to submit a written request online to the www.CivcastUSA.com system for such information to Engineer not less than seven (7) calendar days before the Bid opening. If appropriate, answers to these requests will be given, in writing, to all bidders as addenda to the Contract Documents, and when each addendum is issued it becomes a part of the Contract Documents. No explanation or interpretation of the Contract Documents, other than written addenda, is binding.
