Reference Number 0000389190 Question Deadline 06/13/2025 at 5:00 PM CT Questions are submitted online Yes Bid Intent Deadline - 06/20/2025 12:00 PM EDT Bid Bond - 5 % The City of Weslaco is soliciting competitive bids for the rehabilitation of lift station #10 located on Illinois and Los Torritos Street in Weslaco Texas. The City of Weslaco is seeking a contractor for all services related to the rehabilitation of the existing Lift Station #10 including but not limited to replacing pumps, discharge lines, check valves, control panel, etc. The City of Weslaco reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities, and to accept the bid to be the best value and most advantageous (as allowed in Local Government Code 252.043) to the City and to hold bids for a period of sixty (60) days without taking action, for the purpose of reviewing and investigation of respondent's qualifications prior to award. Bids must be submitted electronically through online, no other form of submission will be accepted. BIDDER agrees that all work will be substantially completed within 60 calendar days from the date when the Contract Time commences to run as in Conditions and completed and ready for final payment in 75 calendar days. Any failure of the CONTRACTOR to complete the project within the contract time will be considered a material breach of this contract.
