Existing refrigeration systems will be reused on this project; successful bidder will be responsible for pumping down and preserving systems during construction and reinstalled afterwards by a licensed HVAC installer. Demolition, removal and hauling away existing walk-in panels is to be included in bid. If any issue arises with building foundation, the installer must notify Grant Schools immediately before continuing with work. Existing shelving shall be removed during construction and reinstalled afterwards as part of this contract. Electrical disconnects and reconnects are to be included and must be performed by a licensed electrician. Trim panels that extend from walk-in panels to building walls and ceilings are to be included as part of this contract. The sprinkler system will be handled by Grant County Schools.
