Due to the increased demand for new passports, the Consular Affairs passport regional office in Charleston (CRC) has requested an additional 3,000 square feet to enhance the passport production / scanning facilities A/DOES has determined that an existing and abandoned fitness center can be converted for this intended purpose. Provide all spaces according to the requirements outlined in the Contract Documents. Work shall include all necessary demolition and new construction of interior architectural elements and finishes, cabling, physical security, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, life safety systems, fire protection, fire alarm and another associated design and construction requirements necessary to render the space complete and usable by the client.
