Prequalification Forms Must Be Received by 2:00 P.m. (Local Time), September 5, 2025. The Project Includes: Construct Approximately 120 Linear Feet (Lf) of Above-ground 10-inch High-density Polyethylene Pipe (Hdpe) Pipeline Within 24-inchsteel Sleeve. Installation of Approximately 1,000 Lf of 6 to 8-inch Sanitary Sewer Main. Installation of Approximately 1,200 Lf of 10-inch Hdpe, by Pipe Bursting. Inspection and Rehabilitation of Approximately 47 Sanitary Sewer Laterals (From the Mainline to Within 5 Feet of the Building). Installation of Approximately 15 New Concrete Sewer Manholes. Perform Additional and Incidental Work as Called for by the Specifications and Plans. This Meeting Will Cover the Pre-qualification Process Requirements and Allow Prospective Bidders to Ask Questions Relating to Bidding or Constructing the Work Under This Contract. If Deemed Appropriate by the Engineer, Questions That Cannot Be Addressed by Direct Reference to the Bidding Documents Will Be the Subject of an Addendum Issued to All Plan Holders. Each Proposal Must Be Submitted on Forms Prescribed by the City and Accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond in an Amount Equal to 10 Percent (10%) of the Total Amount Bid. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Furnish a Faithful Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond Each in the Amount of One Hundred Percent (100%) of the Amount of Contract. The Successful Bidder Will Also Be Required to Furnish a Statutory Public Works Bond in the Amount of Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000.00). Evidence of Workers' Compensation Insurance Will Be Required Before the Work Shall Commence. The City Reserves the Right to Reject Any Bid Not in Compliance With All Prescribed Public Bidding Procedures and Requirements and May Reject All Bids if It is in the Public Interest to Do So.
