Renovation of a detention facility in Eldersburg, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
The work to be accomplished under this Contract is located at the Central Maryland Correctional Facility, 7301 Buttercup Rd, Sykesville, MD 21784 (Carroll County). Work consists of providing all construction, permits, labor, materials, equipment, services, supplies, miscellany, testing and instrumentation necessary and incidental to the completion of all work as specified herein. The base bid for this contract involves the replacement of three (3) entry doors including their frames and glass. Scope of work consists of two (2) double entry doors and one single entry door all located at the exterior of the building. All Minority Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. This is for Small Business Reserve vendors only. Please refer to online for more information regarding SBR certification: Project Cost Class B - $100,000 to $500,000 Small Business Reserve Designation yes MBE participation (%) 15.00 Final completion: 180 calendar days from start date of contract.
