Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Geismar, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
Materials and labor to: o Repair sheetrock damage throughout the building and refinish. o Repair/Refinish exterior doors and replace hardware as needed. o Update the remaining lighting that is not LED lights. o Replace damaged ceiling tiles. o Repaint the interior and exterior of the building. o Remove the Island in the kitchen and refinish the demo area. o Replace the countertop in the Concession area. o Sand and stain all interior wood doors. o Remove vent hood and repair the demo area. o Install return air vents in doors that need new returns installed. o Remove and replace air vents. o Please remove all the debris.
