Site work for a pre-engineered storage facility in Taylor, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
It is the intent of this specification to provide for the design and construction of one or more pole sheds. The pole sheds should measure around 15 m long X 4 m wide X 4 m high. The area where the pole sheds will be constructed is mostly flat and bare. If the design includes pilings, they are to be metal screw piles. Material for the slanted roof is to be tin. The back and sides are to be covered in. The budget for this project is $100,000. The Contractor is to propose how many pole sheds can be designed and constructed within this budget, up to 3 pole sheds. A site plan is attached as a tentative layout of the proposed pole sheds and is not too size or scale. A site visit can be arranged by contacting the owner. The final price of the proposal is to design and construct pole sheds in Taylor B.C.
