Site work for a water / sewer project in Marlboro Township, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project generally consists of the proposed improvements generally includes the rehabilitation and repainting of the 3.0 MG Water Storage Tank. The rehabilitation will generally consist of the replacement of the interior and exterior tank coatings, improvements to the existing tank accessories including ladder and vents, cathodic protection system, and all other work in accordance with the Contract Documents. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of Equal Opportunity Employment (N.J.S.A.10:5-31 et seq.) and Affirmative Action (N.J.A.C. 17:27) and with the disclosure provisions of N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.13. This contract or subcontract is subject to the provisions of N.J.A.C. 7:22-3, 4, 5, 9 and 10. The Successful Bidder must comply with all provisions of N.J.A.C. 7:22-9.1 et. seq. for the participation of small business enterprises owned and controlled by Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Individuals (SED's).
