Only questions regarding clarification of instructions or specifications will be handled verbally. The Trinity River Authority of Texas (AUTHORITY) is seeking bids from qualified contractors to perform grounds care and maintenance at the Central Regional Wastewater System (CRWS) facility located at 6500 W. Singleton Blvd., Dallas, TX. This specification will cover all specified landscaping for the exterior levee, perimeter easement, lift stations, and ornamental beds and shrubbery at the front of the facility as well as the administration and purchasing warehouse buildings as noted by location on the attached site plans. The term of the bid will be for two years commencing on September 1, 2025 and ending August 31, 2027.
