Site work for a water / sewer project in Orleans, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
A. The Work under the Contract consists of: 1. All Work either shown on the Drawings or included in the Specifications unless specifically indicated as not to be done. 2. The Project shall consist of, but not limited to Replacement of five 275 gal oil storage tanks and associated fill, vent and supply piping. This project includes a total of 4 alternates, each alternate represents the replacement of one storage tank governed by the basis of design documents. B. In addition, the Work under the Contract includes: 1. Work outside the Project Site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 2. The restoration of any items damaged or destroyed by encroaching upon areas outside the Project Site. 3. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities. Question Deadline 06/16/2025 at 4:00 PM ET All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by for general bids. Replacement of five 275 gal oil storage tanks and associated fill, vent and supply piping. This project includes a total of 4 alternates, each alternate represents the replacement of one storage tank governed by the basis of design documents. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Change the estimated construction cost from $74,070.00 to read $81,720.00 per addendum 1.
