Reference number: 20075751 Tenders must be accompanied by the following documents made to the order of the Master of the work designated, namely THE PARISH FACTORY OF SAINT-CUTHBERT: 1. A certified payment order or certified cheque in the amount of ten (10) per cent of the bid price, or a Tender Bond established at the same amount and issued by a company authorized to provide judicial surety; 2. a letter of consent issued by a company authorized to provide judicial surety, confirming that if the contract is granted and accepted, it will issue a performance bond and a guarantee for bonds for pawns, materials and services, each for fifty per cent (50%) of the Enterprise Contract price or a letter from a financial institution confirming that if the contract is granted and accepted, it will issue one of the monetary guarantees as described above. The submission bond and letter of consent must be valid for sixty (60) days from the date of opening of submissions. The Bid Guarantee will be given to the Contractor within ten (10) days of signing the contract, in exchange for the Performance Guarantee and the Labour and Materials Payment Guarantee.
