Site work and paving for a road / highway in Humboldt, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Work consists of Slurry Seal - Type I and Rubberized Crack Sealing. Interested Contractors may obtain Drawings and Specifications from the City. The Contact person for the City is Daniel Bernhard (1-306-682-2525, ext 655). A bid bond or certified cheque in the amount of 10% of the total tendered price shall accompany each quote. The Contractor will be required to provide a Performance Bond and a Labour and Materials Payment Bond. The bond shall be made to the Owner as beneficiary and shall be submitted within 10 working days of the award of Contract and before the Agreement is executed. Each bond shall be in the amount of 50% of the total quoted price. The successful Contractor will be required to take Prime Contractor responsibility for this project. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all quotes for any reason, without explanation, whether arbitrary, unreasonable, or otherwise. The quote shall be open for acceptance for a period of 30 days from the date of quotation closing. he Contractor may commence Work after July 31, 2025 and shall pursue The Work in such a manner as to complete it as per approved schedule. The Contractor shall complete the Work prior to October 1, 2025, weather permitting.
