Description

Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.

The intent of this bid call is to complete flooring replacement for an Emergency Wellness Centre located at 415 Fairmont Drive, Saskatoon, SK, for Stipulated Price Contract, in accordance with Contract Documents. Tenders must be accompanied by an electronic copy of the Certified Cheque (front and back), the Irrevocable Letter of Credit or the Bid Bond and Consent of Surety in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the tender. The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted. The Owner reserves the right to reject tenders from parties without reasonable acquaintance with the class of work specified. Evidence of competency shall be provided if requested. These reservations shall apply equally to sub-contractors.
