The Project Includes the Furnishing of All Labor and Materials for the Construction Complete in-place, of the Following Approximate Quantities: 2,100 C Y Excavation - Common (P) 4,700 C Y Common Embankment (Cv) (P) 2,500 S F Steel Sheet Pile Wall 500 L F Ornamental Metal Railing 20,900 S F 4" Bituminous Walk 1,300 L F 18" Rcp Storm Sewer 600 L F Concrete Curb and Gutter B618 the Provisions of Minn. Stat. 16c.285 Responsible Contractor Are Imposed as a Requirement of This Contract. No Bid May Be Withdrawn for a Period of 60 Days. For All Further Requirements Regarding Bid Submittal, Qualifications, Procedures, and Contract Award, Refer to the Instructions to Bidders That Are Included in the Bidding Documents. The Flink Avene Trail Improvement Project shall include the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the street construction, trail, wall, storm sewer, grading, and appurtenant work as shown on the Plans and specified herein. Question Deadline 06/20/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
