Renovation of a financial development in Galesburg, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a financial development.
_ The primary goal of this RFP is to secure a Construction Manager to oversee this project and to safeguard the interests of Knox County Government offices during the renovation and construction phases of the project. _ Project goals and objectives. _ Successful applicant must be a licensed General Contractor in the State of Illinois. All subcontractors that might provide services shall be disclosed in accordance with the Knox County Disclosure Ordinance, Exhibit "C". _ Insurance requirements will be in accordance with the State of Illinois Insurance Laws associated with governmental projects. _ Performance Standards: American Institute of Architecture "AIA" standards and the International Building Codes as in force with the City of Galesburg, Illinois. Pre-Construction Services: o Cost estimating and budgeting. o Scheduling and phasing. o Value engineering. o Constructability reviews. _ Construction Phase Services: o Project management and administration. o Site supervision and safety management. o Quality control. o Cost control and reporting. o Subcontractor coordination. _ Post-Construction Services: o Project closeout and documentation. o Warranty management. o Final cost reconciliation
