This Invitation to Tender (the "RFT") is an invitation by The City of Thorold ("The City of Thorold") to prospective bidders to submit bids for 2025-RFT-COT-03 - 602FR5002 Fire Station 2 - Roof Repair as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix B) (the "Deliverables"). A summary of the scope of work is as follows, please refer to the contract drawings and specifications for more detail, the following is not an exhaustive list. Set up the appropriate site protections and temporary pathways to ensure facility operations at all times. Perform, removal and repair of damaged roof, as specified in the contract drawings and specifications. Upon completion of work, the contractor shall ensure site elements have been restored to their original state and repair any damage incurred from the construction work. The contractor must include all required equipment, material, and manpower to complete this work.
