Bids will be presented at the July 7th regular meeting of the Paintsville City Utilities Commission, to be held at Paintsville Utilities Administration Building, located at 137 Main Street, Paintsville, KY 41240. Paintsville Utilities is upgrading the ladder system for the Bio-Towers at the Honey Branch Wastewater Treatment Plant. Thes upgrades will include: 1.) The design, construction, and installation of a 4ft X16ft galvanized steel catwalk connected to the landing on each Bio-Tower. 2.) The design, construction, and installation of supports for the catwalk which is suspended 40 feet from ground level. 3.) Installation of a protective ladder cage on the south Bio-Tower which is located on the Honey Branch Wastewater Treatment plant property. 4.) Contractor will be required to furnish equipment for installation. 5.) Bid cost should include all shipping and labor cost to complete the project.
