Reference number: 20075675 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2025-06-23 Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 3 The municipality of Saint-Germain-de-Grantham is seeking tenders for the construction of an asphalt pumptrack at Parc Yvon Lambert. The project will be carried out on a turnkey basis. The mandate includes, but is not limited to, layout drawings, work procedure planning, installation of the roller track on the site, site supervision, machinery, shaping equipment, surfacing materials, drainage, earthworks and transport and accommodation costs. Tenders will be submitted to the Council at a subsequent meeting. Any bid received after the time and date specified above will be rejected. All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond in an amount equal to 10% of the total amount of the bid, excluding applicable taxes, valid for a period of ninety (90) days. Tenderers who have an establishment in Quebec or in a territory covered by an intergovernmental market liberalization agreement applicable to the Municipality within the scope of this call for tenders, i.e. the Quebec-Ontario Agreement (QOVA), are eligible to bid on this call for tenders. Tenderers whose names appear on the list of companies that do not comply with the francization process of the Office quebecois de la langue francaise are not eligible to bid. The Municipality does not undertake to accept the lowest bid, or any of the bids received, and declines all liability with respect to any of the bidders in the event that all bids are rejected. The contract shall be awarded by decision of the Council of the Municipality, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality may not be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its Council. This call for tenders, the awarding of the contract and the execution of the work are conditional on obtaining the available municipal financing and the borrowing by-law.
