As of July 29, 2025 this project was awarded to the following contractors with the total awarded amount of $2,006,647.5 AWF CONTRACTORS LIMITED $717,786.00 Robinson Farm Drainage $550,770.00 Van Bree Infrastructure $738,091.50 The Township of Wilmot is seeking tenders from qualified drainage contractors for the Nicklas Municipal Drain Construction, located near the intersection of Oxford Road 5 and Maplewood Sideroad to Diamond Road, in the Townships East Zorra-Tavistock and Wilmot. The project is located near the intersection of Oxford Road 5 and Maplewood Sideroad to Diamond Road, in the Townships East Zorra-Tavistock and Wilmot. A general description of the works is as follows: o 55m of existing open ditch deepening o Enclosure of 227m of existing open ditch with 750mmo concrete tile o 3,876m of 750mmo to 200mmo closed drain (concrete tile with the exception of 175m of solid plastic pipe through residential yards) o One (1) - 1200x1200mm concrete JB, eight (8) - 900x1200mm concrete CBs, and twenty (20) - 600x600mm concrete CBs, including six (6) berms o Six (6) paved road crossings by trenchless methods, and two (2) gravel road crossings by open cut The above project is subject to approval by Township of Wilmot. Lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted and is conditional upon acceptance by the Township of Wilmot. Question Deadline 07/03/2025 at 12:00 PM ET
