The Town of Saugeen Shores (the "Town") is seeking proposals from qualified engineering consulting teams ("Consultants") to undertake a Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (EA) for the Highway 21 and Turner Street (Bruce County Road 13) Intersection Improvements Project. This assignment will encompass all five phases of the Municipal Class EA process, as well as subsequent project stages, including: o Completion of an Intersection Control Study, including the evaluation of planning solution alternatives and identification of a preferred solution o Development and finalization of the preferred design option o Preparation of detailed design, including engineering and construction drawings o Development of tender-ready documents o Provision of contract administration services during the construction phase The selected Consultant will be responsible for obtaining all necessary external approvals, including those from the Ministry of Transportation of Ontario (MTO), and for coordinating with all relevant utility companies operating within the project area.
