As of July 31,2025, an award has not yet been made. Per the owner, bid results will not be made available until after the award is announced. No time-frame is available for when this project will be awarded. Reference Number 0000390318 Stainless Steel Coping at the Main Pool and Diving Pool as well as Stainless Steel Finish Replacement at the Wading Pool. Bonding Requirements - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % The Town Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept that bid which it deems most favorable to the interests of the Town of Yorktown. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
