Amendment 0004 - The purpose of this amendment is to extend the quote dute date from 6/30/25 to 7/2/25 to answer remaining questions from the Q&A session. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT This requirement is for asbestos/lead-based paint (LBP) testing/sampling services across multiple buildings for the 55th Civil Engineering Squadron on Offutt AFB. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation and labor necessary to provide asbestos/lead-based paint (LBP) testing/sampling services and - when directed - provide follow-on asbestos abatement and LBP removal services IAW the attached Work Statement. There will be three BPA's awarded based on this . DUE DATE AND TIME All concerning this shall be sent in writing by Wednesday, 11 June 2025 by 11:00 AM CST. Answers to all will be posted on sam.gov as soon as readily available. OFFER DUE DATE AND TIME Monday, 23 June 2025 at 11:00 AM CST.
