The Seller shall furnish and deliver to the Point of Destination one (1) complete turnkey prefabricated pressure filter water treatment plant with ion exchange contactors for PFAS removal, tube settler system, and induced draft aerator as part of the Goods to be provided under these Contract Documents. Goods shall consist of one (1) prefabricated pressure filter water treatment plant with integral controls interface to allow for, but not limited to, local control and operating variable indication/monitoring of the plant, three supply wells, tube settlers, and induced draft aerator. Buyer's designated installing contractor shall furnish and install all field wiring, field piping, and conduit between the prefabricated water treatment plant, induced draft aerator, tube settlers, and existing utilities; in accordance with Seller's requirements and the requirements of Buyer's installation contract. Special Services to be provided under these Contract Documents consist of providing instruction on installation of the new water treatment plant, induced draft aerators, and tube settlers to a construction Contractor to be selected by Buyer, start-up assistance to Contractor and Buyer, and training of Buyer's operation staff. Seller shall certify installation of equipment in accordance with these specifications. Bid Date Notes : This is a private sole source offer request. Offers shall be on a lump sum offer price, as indicated in the Offer Form. This project is being financed through the Missouri State Revolving Fund, by the Water and Wastewater Loan Revolving Fund and federal Capitalization Grants to Missouri. Documents Notes : Neither Buyer nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Offering Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
