BASE BID: Parking improvements consisting of approximately 10,075 SY of gravel/limestone base paving and 600 SY of concrete paving/valley drain in accordance with the Construction Plans issued on 3/31/25. 2. ALTERNATE BID #1: Parking improvements consisting of all concrete paving. 10,075 SY of gravel/limestone base paving shall be replaced with 8" concrete paving equipment to the base bid paving/valley drain. Grades and elevations shall be in accordance with the Construction Plan issued on 3/31/25. 3. ALTERNATE BID #2: Parking improvements consisting of rehabilitated existing paving material. Install 600 SY of concrete paving/valley drain and replace 10,075 SY of gravel/limestone base paving with chemically stabilize existing gravel material with approximately 5% Portland Cement (by volume) 12" thick. Grades and elevations shall be in accordance with the Construction Plan issued on 3/31/25.
