Construction of an exterior building addition which will house the fire rated trash room on each floor and the enclosure for the new trash chute. Floors 2 through 12 will have similar footprints. The first floor will include an enlarged footprint to house the trash compactor, and associated dumpsters (3). The first floor will also include a rollup garage door.
