Renovation of a mixed-use development in Lafayette, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The Construction Manager as Constructor for this project shall be J.R. Kelly Company, Inc. All work required for this Project shall be completed under the following prime bid packages: 1. Bid Package #1 -General Trades 2. Bid Package #2 -Building Demolition 3. Bid Package #3 -Sitework 4. Bid Package #4 -Asphalt 5. Bid Package #5 -Aluminum Storefront & Glazing 6. Bid Package #6 -Metal Framing, Drywall, & Ceilings 7. Bid Package #7 -Resilient & Carpet Flooring 8. Bid Package #8 -Painting 9. Bid Package #9 -Casework 10. Bid Package #10 -Plumbing 11. Bid Package #11 -HVAC 12. Bid Package #12 -Electrical Bids may be withdrawn prior to such time, but no bids shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty(60) days there-after. Contractors planning to submit a Prime Bid must contact J.R. Kelly Company and receive a link to bid documents which shall include Addendums as they are issued. Bids shall be accompanied by Contractor's Financial Statement giving financial data from the most recent completed year A bid security in the form of AIA Document A310, a certified check, Indiana General Revised Form No. 86, Contractors Combination Bid Bond and Bond for Construction or a form from an acceptable surety shall accompany each bid. The bid security shall be in the penal amount of 5% of the total bid price and made payable to the CMc. Should a successful bidder withdraw their bid, or fail to execute a satisfactory Contract, the CMc may declare the bid deposit forfeited as liquidated damages. This is not required if the Bid Package is less than $100,000.00. All Bid Packages which are $100,000.00 or greater will be required to include an add alternate to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds for 100% of their base bid, including alternates. Performance and Payment Bonds may be required for select Bid Packages based upon the Owner and J.R. Kelly Company, Inc.'s discretion. J.R. Kelly Company, Inc. reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any informalities, irregularities, or errors in the bidding to the extent permitted by law.
