Major components of the Work include: Replacement of ozone generators (equipment furnished by Owner and installed by Contractor). Replacement of power supply units and ozone generator control panels (equipment furnished by Owner and installed by Contractor). Process piping for cooling water, oxygen, and ozone. Instrumentation and Controls. Integration of the new ozone generation system controls into the existing water treatment plant SCADA system. Electrical installation, including but not limited to field wiring necessary to connect equipment on ozone generator skids to the power supply unit/control panel skids. Concrete equipment pads. Additional Description: Paper Bids shall be on the form provided for that purpose and according to the Bidding Documents prepared by SEH, dated June 3, 2025. Bid security in the amount of five (5) percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. A Contractor responding to these Bidding Documents must submit to the Owner a signed statement under oath by an owner or officer verifying compliance with each of the minimum criteria in Minnesota Statutes, section 16C.285, subdivision 3. Bids shall be directed to the Water Plant Manager, securely sealed and endorsed upon the outside wrapper, "BID FOR OZONE GENERATOR AND EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT, MOHPS 177125, MPS No. WT24-13."
