Belmont Golf Club Irrigation Pond Dredging 2025 - The work for this project includes hydraulic dredging to remove accumulated sediment from an existing golf course retention pond, as described in the Project Manual and associated Drawings. Location- 2420 Haddow Avenue Downers Grove, Illinois Irrigation Pond: Remove accumulated sediment to existing hard bottom. Method shall be hydraulic pumping into geotextile dewatering bags to be furnished by the Contractor. Locations for dewatering bags as shown on Exhibit B. Dewatering bags Mobilization The Downers Grove Park District reserves the right to reject any or all bids. ***Please note all bidders MUST contact the Park District at 630-960-5451 to be added to our Plan Holders List. Failure to do so could result in the bid being rejected. *** It is anticipated that this project will be awarded on July 17, 2025 at the Board of Park Commissioners Meeting. Site work shall commence on or after September 1, 2025, and reach Substantial Completion by September 30, 2025.
