The plan will recommend improvements for pedestrian, cyclist, transit, and micro mobility access, supporting multimodal transportation options. The project aims to provide safe and accessible alternatives to car-dependent travel and establish community hubs with micro mobility options within the project area. The Plan will envision a Livable Center at the intersection of Florida Avenue and Parker Road, connecting residents to jobs, services, and recreational areas.
