A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Bids are hereby solicited for exterior waterproofing and related work at Clemyjontri Residential House located at 6319 Georgetown Pike, McLean, VA 22101. Scope includes, but not limited to, waterproofing including foundation drain tile, window replacement, and minor gutter repairs This is a lump sum contract. Contract length is 100 days calendar days. All bidders shall comply with Article A-17, Fairfax County Construction Safety of Resolution, Information for Bidders. Question Deadline 06/20/2025 at 9:00 AM ET All questions concerning this project shall be directed to Sayonara Aguilera, Project Manager, in the Park Development Division of the Fairfax County Park Authority.
