Added the Updated EEPZ244329 Sources Sought Questionnaire ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We are seeking sources to convert T1 Hangar to T7 Unit Maintenance Training (UMT) Facility. The Government is only conducting market research and attaining information to identify contractors that are able to provide all items/services listed below. All information provided is STRICTLY VOLUNTARY. Please review attached SOW for further project details. This is a Sources Sought Announcement, EEPZ244329, seeking responses to identify interested parties for potential participation in this acquisition. The Infrastructure Flight of 14 Contracting Squadron (14 CONS) plans to establish a firm-fixed price Renovation and Construction contract to provide all plant, labor, material, equipment, and transportation required to convert the existing T1 Hangar to the new T-7A Unit Maintenance Training (UMT) Facility. This work includes, but is not limited to civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, communications, architecture, structural, and all other disciplines necessary to complete the conversion at Columbus Air Force Base, Mississippi. See the attached Statement of Work (SOW) for details. The designated NAICS code is 236220, with a size standard of $45M. IAW FAR 36.204(g) Disclosure of the Magnitude of construction projects; the Range of Magnitude for this project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
