As of August 22, 2025 this project was awarded to Visco LLC in the amount of $1,615,226.85. Questions Due Date: Jun 19th 2025, 12:00 PM MDT Online Portal DESCRIPTION OF WORK The project includes the following work: 1. Enhancing areas for recreation, improving accessibility and connectivity, and upgrading facilities and infrastructure, all while ensuring that the park's historic trees, buildings, and landscape are carefully protected. 2. Construction of a new restroom building. The building includes multiple restrooms with additional space for infrastructure controls and maintenance storage. The building's primary structure is concrete masonry units, including interior walls. It is clad with reclaimed lumber to match the existing pioneer village on the site and accented with heavy timber columns and trusses. The Northern portion of the park must be Substantially Completed and functioning by November 14th, 2025. Remaining work timeline to be negotiated within preconstruction meeting and during contract negotiations. A pre-bid conference will NOT be held for this project.
