Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for a Construction Manager at Risk for the Construction of the McAllen International Airport Terminal Expansion Project. The City of McAllen is excited to invite the submittal of response to this RFQ from qualified firms ("Proposer") interested in providing Construction Manager-At-Risk ("CMAR") services for the construction of the McAllen International Airport Terminal Expansion project ("Project"). The McAllen International Airport terminal was built in 1993 and expanded and remodeled in 2015. The facility welcomes approximately 1.2 million travelers annually. This project will provide for 94,000 square feet of new construction to expand the terminal and renovate 71,000 square feet of the existing terminal. This RFQ seeks an experienced General Contractor to construct the McAllen International Airport Terminal Expansion Project using the CMAR form of procurement and agreement.
