Routine and Non-Routine Maintenance of Water Recycling, Steam Cleaning, Pressure Washing, and Industrial Vehicle Vacuum Equipment in Butte, Colusa, El Dorado, Glenn. Nevada, Placer, Sacramento, Sierra, Sutter, Yolo, and Yuba Counties Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, travel, and incidentals necessary to troubleshoot, service, maintain, repair and/or replace parts of Water Recycling, Steam Cleaning, Pressure Washing, and Industrial Vehicle Vacuum equipment at various Caltrans owned properties, facilities, and maintenance stations in District 03. Question Deadline 06/12/2025 at 5:00 PM PT Questions regarding this IFB must be submitted. Bidders must submit their questions via e-mail to Matthew.Stephens@dot.ca.gov. Written questions must include: the individual's name, firm name, e-mail address and must reference IFB No. 03A4023. Written responses to all questions will be collectively compiled and posted, as an Addendum electronically. It is the responsibility of the bidder to access online for any changes or addenda that may be posted. Bids will be read in Agreement numeric order; questions will not be allowed; and information will not be repeated. Initial bid opening results will be posted online Caltrans reserves the right to reject all bids for reasonable cause. This Agreement will commence on July 25, 2025 (estimate), or upon approval by Caltrans, whichever is later, and no work shall begin before that time. This Agreement is of no effect unless approved by Caltrans. Contractor shall not receive payment for work performed prior to approval of the Agreement and before receipt of notice to proceed by Caltrans Contract Manager. This Agreement will expire on July 24, 2028 (estimate). The services shall be provided during normal business hours Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding State holidays. and on State holidays. The parties may amend this Agreement as permitted by law.
