Replace the existing grease interceptors in each kitchen at Heritage Elementary with one new larger sized hydro-mechanical grease interceptor at each kitchen location. Two total Interceptors to be installed. New Larger interceptors will be installed in the existing location (current area will need to be expanded). PVC pipe and fittings will be used for all drain and vent piping changes. New piping and interceptors will be bedded and backfilled with aggregate fill. Concrete removed will need to be replaced. Typical working hours, Monday through Friday between 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Provide warranty information for installation and manufacturer warranty for the interceptor. Delivery Completion of all major work and mobilization will be determined after contractor selection.
