Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Pemberton, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The scope of the construction the Catiline Creek debris flow mitigation structure project (the "Project") includes, but is not limited to: .1 Mobilization to site. .2 Clearing and grubbing. .3 Removal and disposal of existing structures. .4 Instream work to provide a bypass for the existing creek. .5 Excavation of new creek channel. .6 Removal and replacement of water mains under the creek channel. .7 Construction of diversion and training berms using excavated material. .8 Review of existing bridges and structures on the Forest Service Road. .9 Construction of temporary detour and installation of a temporary bridge. .10 Construction of temporary and permanent access roads and driveways. .11 Traffic Management Planning and Traffic Management as required. .12 Rock breaking and/or blasting and sorting of excavated material; .13 Removal and disposal of excess excavated material. .14 Placement and compaction of excess excavated material on sites within LLE. .15 Coordination with Lillooet Lake Estates representatives. .16 Coordination with the Ministry of Forests to accommodate an FSR bridge replacement by others at Catiline Creek during the project. .17 Coordination with BC Hydro while working in their Right of Way. .18 Environmental mitigation, erosion and sediment control. .19 Fencing and signage. .20 Restoration including environmental restoration. .21 Demobilization. .22 Other works incidental thereto.
