**As of August 25, 2025, the project was awarded to Kommercial Kitchens but the awarded amount is not available.** Full Turn Installation Scope Factory approved / authorized installation of walk-in in compliance with local municipal code and guidelines. All work to be performed during normal business hours. Disconnect existing utilities from the walk-in. Remove and dispose of existing walk-in off site. Electrical modifications to accommodate new walk-in. Receive, deliver and install new walk-in per manufacture specifications. Start up and functional test new walk-in and all equipment.
