The work will be carried out in two separate phases. The first stage will begin in September 2025 and will last for a period of eight (8) weeks. It will include the installation of drinking water and sewer lines, laying of pavement foundation, curbs, sidewalks, first layer of paving (base layer), as well as landscaping work (greening, planting, etc.). The second stage will begin in October 2026 and will last two (2) weeks. It will consist of the final layer of paving (surface layer).
