Site work for a civil project in Bancroft, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Sealed Bids for the construction of: PUTNAM PSD - BANCROFT FORCE MAIN UPGRADE PROJECT Contract No. 1 - Furnishing all materials, labor, and necessary items for the construction of approximately 8,650 feet of 8-inch force main, 900 feet of 10" force main via directional drilling, 21 force main cleanouts, Bancroft lift station pump replacement, valves, and other related appurtenances as outlined in the Plans and Specifications. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders must comply with the Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the West Virginia Jobs Act (West Virginia Code 21-1C-1). No Bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of ninety (90) days after the time of the opening of the Bids. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Question Deadline 07/02/2025 at 4:00 PM ET
